Masterplanning

2018 | ALAM IMPIAN, SELANGOR | Internship

In this project, we were required to develop a master plan for a 23.8 acres land located at Alam Impian, Shah Alam which consists of service apartments, shop lots and Rumah Selangorku. Using a plot ratio of 1:4, we were required to design layouts for different blocks of apartments.

After coming out with a layout plan for the master plan, we were required to determine the number of floors an apartment could hold and the total amount of parking required. In this project, I was also able to learn how to arrange car parks effectively in different building layout plans.
